HOW DO I BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL?
Book online on our direct booking page, call reservations at +52 55 5488 6600 or email reservaciones@hotelbellasartes.com. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +52 55 4892 3485. No payment is taken to create the reservation; we only ask for a credit card as a guarantee.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Email reservaciones@hotelbellasartes.com or call +52 55 5488 6600. On the refundable rate, cancellation is free until 3 nights before arrival, 11:59 PM Mexico City time; after that, 100% is charged. The non-refundable rate is charged in full upfront with no free cancellation, and no-shows follow the same rules.
HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP BOOKING OR A SPECIAL REQUEST?
For groups of more than 15 guests, email reservaciones@hotelbellasartes.com before booking and we will put together a custom package. For special requests such as early check-in, late check-out or travelling with your pet (pets are welcome in selected rooms), use the form on this page and choose the “Special Request” inquiry type. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.
HOW DO I REACH THE HOTEL OR THE RESTAURANT DURING MY STAY?
Our concierge is available 24/7 at reception. Patio Bellas Artes, the hotel restaurant, serves breakfast from 7:00 to 13:00 and lunch and dinner from 13:00 to 21:00, and room service is available from 7:00 to 21:00. The full stay policies are on the guest portal, guests.hotelbellasartes.com.
HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?
We are at Av. 5 de Mayo 10, Historic Center, a 1-minute walk from Palacio de Bellas Artes and Bellas Artes metro station (Lines 2 and 8). Our location page has the map, directions from the airport and nearby parking.
